By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site; the phone works fine either way: 207-839-4604.
The aggregate prices and equipment rates published here are transcribed from our official rate sheets and kept current in good faith. The official PDF sheets govern, and all prices are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer; final pricing, availability, and scheduling are confirmed when you talk to us, and work happens under a written quote or signed agreement, not a web page.
Submitting the contact form, requesting an estimate, or receiving a response from us does not create a contract. A contract with Woods Excavating LLC exists only when both sides sign one.
When you use our forms, you agree that the information you submit is accurate and yours to share, and that we may use any photos you attach to evaluate and respond to your request. Please don't submit confidential material through the website; if your project needs confidentiality, raise it with us directly first.
The text, photographs, logo, and design of this site belong to Woods Excavating LLC or are used with permission, including the client references quoted here. Don't reuse them without written permission.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no warranties about either, and to the fullest extent Maine law allows, Woods Excavating LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. This does not limit any responsibility we take on under a signed contract for actual work; that's what the contract is for.
Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and other outside services are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new effective date. Questions: 207-839-4604 or Info [at] WoodsExcavatingLLC [dot] com, Woods Excavating LLC, 21 Cyr Drive, Gorham, Maine 04038.
