Woods Excavating performs sitework for schools, armories, town halls, public-safety buildings, and municipal facilities, as the site subcontractor and as general contractor: grading, drainage and stormwater treatment, underground utilities, underdrain, building subgrade preparation, concrete and bituminous pavement, fencing, and site improvements. Occupied campuses stay in operation through construction, with separated work zones, controlled access, phasing around the school day, and the documentation public owners expect.
