What we collect

The personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through our contact and application forms:

Name, company, phone number, and email address
Your message and the inquiry type you select
Files you choose to attach: site photos, plans or specs, and on job applications a résumé or cover letter
Along with each submission, the submitting device's IP address and browser type, which we keep for spam prevention and security

There are no accounts and no forms that collect anything else. Separately from the forms, the site keeps an anonymous count of which pages and videos are viewed (see Cookies and tracking below); that count is not tied to a name, an email, or a form submission.

How we use it

To respond to you: pricing questions go to estimating, applications go to hiring, and general messages go to the office. Submissions are kept as ordinary business records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored with our website infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, in the United States, and kept as ordinary business records. The IP address and browser type saved with a submission stay with that submission for as long as we keep it. Email sent to our addresses is handled by our business email provider. If you want a submission deleted, ask us and we will delete it unless we need it for an active job or a legal obligation.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you to other sites. It stores your light-or-dark theme choice in your browser, which stays on your device.

To learn which pages and videos people actually use, the site sends a small first-party signal to our own server when a page or a video is viewed. That signal carries the page, the video, a random token for that single page view, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. It sets no cookie, it is not shared with any advertising network, and it cannot be turned back into your address.

The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages lead people to a form. Google Analytics sets two cookies on this domain (_ga and _ga_KZS1KT04SW) that hold a random visitor identifier, and it processes the address your browser connects from in shortened form. We do not use it for advertising, we do not send it your name, email, or anything you type into a form, and we do not link it to your submissions. To opt out: send the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser or an extension and this site will not load Google Analytics at all; block third-party scripts or cookies; or install Google's own opt-out browser add-on.

Third parties you may touch from this site

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests to it, including standard server logs; its Turnstile service checks that a form is being sent by a person, which involves a short script from Cloudflare running on the form pages
Google Fonts supplies this site's typefaces; your browser requests them from Google's servers, which involves your IP address
Google Analytics counts visits and page views for us, as described under Cookies and tracking above; a short script from Google runs on every page unless your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal
The contact page embeds a Google Maps map of our office, which loads from Google's servers when you view that page; links to Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply

Children

This site is for our customers and job applicants and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new effective date. No retroactive surprises.
