Woods Excavating builds and rebuilds roads for towns, cities, and private owners: full-depth municipal reconstruction, new private and subdivision roads, in-street utility work, drainage, granite curb, sidewalks, and parking areas, built to the owner's standard through to paving. Work runs under traffic with certified traffic control, night work when a street has to be open by morning, and dust and access managed to the contract. Subgrade, base, and drainage come from the company's own crews and pits, so one contractor is responsible for the ground from cut to pavement.
