Woods Excavating fields storm and failure call-outs for municipalities, districts, and private owners: failed water and sewer mains, washed-out roads and culverts, and storm damage, with the crews, excavators, trucks, and material from the company's own pits to repair it. The repair is built with the same trench protection, traffic control, and compaction as planned work, and documented the same way, so the owner has a record when the emergency is over.
