Woods Excavating performs earthwork at landfills, licensed soil-recycling facilities, and other regulated sites: cell construction and earthwork, protective cover placement over the liner, haul-out, and the grading that keeps a licensed facility in compliance with its permit. Crews are trained to the facility's rules, machines are matched to the surface, and work over the liner stays on the protective cover. Multi-season cell work is scheduled around the facility's operations, and everything the permit requires documented is documented.
