  • All invoices are to be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • Claims arising from an invoice must be made within 7 working days.
  • Past-due balances may be subject to a service charge of the lesser of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
  • By submitting this application, you authorize Woods Excavating LLC to make inquiries into the banking and trade references you have supplied.
  • Customers agree to follow all MSHA rules and regulations while inside our pits.

Submitted over an encrypted connection and handled as a private business record. Your information is used only to verify credit and open the account, per our Privacy Policy. We never ask for bank account numbers.
