Boat ramps

Woods Excavating builds boat ramps and launches at the water's edge: the excavation and prepared base below the waterline, precast concrete ramp planks set to grade on filter fabric and stone, and the shoreline restored around them. Work in the water is as much about controlling it as moving earth, so the job carries a sandbag cofferdam and silt barrier to hold the work area, pumps to keep it dry, and erosion control that stays in place until the shore is stable. The Sebago Lake State Park boat ramp, built in 2025, is the record.
